Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Saapade has officially opened its admission portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. Aspiring students and members of the public are hereby notified that the sales of application forms have commenced.

Step-by-Step Application Guide

1. Visit the Application Portal
   Go to Gateway ICT Poly Application Portal

2. Click on ‘Fresh Application’

3. Fill in the Basic Details Form (BDF)
   Provide accurate information about yourself.

4. Proceed or Save

   • If you’re ready to pay immediately, click on ‘PAY NOW’.

   • If not, click ‘SAVE & EXIT’ to continue the process later.

5. Make Payment
   Complete your payment online or follow the portal’s guide to pay at an authorized location.

6. Log In to Complete Your Application
   Return to the portal and log in using:

   • Application Number as Username

   • Surname as Password

7. Fill the Detailed Application Form (DAF)

8. Enter Your O’Level Result(s)

9. Upload Passport Photograph

   • Format: JPG

   • Size: 120 x 120 pixels

   • Maximum file size: 20KB

10. Submit and Print

• Click on ‘Submit’ to finalize the application.

• Print your Detailed Application Form (DAF) for record purposes.
