Merit College of Nursing Sciences Invites Applications for ND Nursing Programme – 2025/2026 Session
Merit College of Nursing Sciences, located in Orlu, Imo State, has officially opened its admission portal for prospective students seeking entry into its Department of Nursing for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The application window is open from May 20th to August 30th, 2025, providing a wide timeframe for eligible candidates to apply and prepare for the admission screening process.
General Admission Requirements:
To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in core science subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in not more than two sittings.
Acceptable combinations include WAEC and NECO. However, NABTEB cannot be combined with either of these.
Candidates must have selected Merit College of Nursing Sciences, Orlu as their first-choice institution during the 2025 JAMB registration and must have scored at least 150 in the UTME.
Candidates who did not originally choose the college but scored 150 or above are still eligible, provided they update their institution choice via the JAMB portal.
